Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the VIOFIT360 mobile app, Owner CRM and related services provided by Kridha AI Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Each gym remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the member and staff information it enters.
Who we are
VIOFIT360 is a product of Kridha AI Lab, Chenab Road, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831001, India.
Authorised use
Only authorised owners, staff and members may use their assigned accounts and gym workspaces. You must not share your login details, bypass permissions, upload unlawful or harmful content, disrupt the service, or try to access another gym's information.
Gym services and payments
Membership invoices, collections and payment proofs recorded in VIOFIT relate to the gym's own in-person fitness services. VIOFIT does not collect money from a gym's members.
VIOFIT licences and WhatsApp credits
Gym owners buy VIOFIT software licences and WhatsApp message credit packs from Kridha AI Lab on viofit360.com. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; VIOFIT never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank login details. Prices are shown on viofit360.com/pricing in Indian rupees. Kridha AI Lab is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on these purchases. Licences and credits are not sold inside the mobile app.
WhatsApp credits
VIOFIT sends automatic member messages on WhatsApp from a VIOFIT business number on behalf of your gym, using message templates approved by Meta. One credit sends one reminder, dues, receipt or PT message; a birthday or missed-you message uses four credits. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, the oldest credits are used first, and they are linked to the buying gym and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. A message that WhatsApp cannot deliver gets its credit back automatically. The gym owner chooses which messages are sent and is responsible for having its members' consent to receive them.
Refunds and delivery
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy at viofit360.com/legal/refund. How and when a purchase is activated is described in our Delivery Policy at viofit360.com/legal/shipping.
Responsibilities of the gym
The gym sets staff roles, keeps its records accurate, obtains parent or guardian consent for minors, responds to its members' requests and removes access when a person leaves.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where this is needed to protect users, the gym's data or the service, or where these terms are breached. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time through Privacy & Data.
Availability and changes
Available features depend on the package assigned to the gym. We may make changes for security, legal compliance and reliability. When a change to these terms requires your acceptance, we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it in the app.
