Delivery Policy
VIOFIT is online software. Nothing is shipped physically; this policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered to your account.
What you receive
VIOFIT licences and WhatsApp credit packs are digital services delivered to your gym account in the VIOFIT app and the web Gym CRM. No physical goods are shipped to any address.
Software licences
Your licence is activated on your gym account within 24 hours of a successful payment, usually much sooner. We confirm activation by email or WhatsApp. If you are moving from the free trial, your existing data stays in place.
WhatsApp credits
WhatsApp credits are added to your gym account instantly after a successful payment. If the credits do not appear within 1 hour, contact [email protected] with your payment ID.
Where we serve
VIOFIT is offered to gyms in India and all prices are in Indian rupees.
Delays
If activation is not completed within 7 days of a successful payment, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
