Is the price monthly or fixed-term?

VIOFIT offers clear fixed-term licences, not monthly billing. VIOFIT Starter (owner and staff app) is ₹1,499 for 150 days or ₹2,499 for 300 days. VIOFIT Plus is ₹1,999 or ₹3,499. VIOFIT Desk is ₹1,999 or ₹3,499. VIOFIT Pro is ₹2,999 or ₹4,999.

Is data migration included?

Yes. Free data migration is included with every 300-day VIOFIT licence. The migration scope is confirmed during onboarding after reviewing the gym's existing member and operational records.

Does VIOFIT have a light and dark mode?

Yes. The VIOFIT app and the Gym CRM both offer two themes: VIOFIT Light, an ivory and forest-green theme for bright front desks, and Charcoal, a low-glare dark theme with lime highlights for evening shifts. Every screen, number and action stays the same in both.

Which languages does VIOFIT support?

The VIOFIT app and the Gym CRM are available in English.

Can I import my existing members from Excel?

Yes. The Gym CRM can import members from an Excel sheet saved as CSV, with a ready template, duplicate checks and phone-number validation. Free data migration is also included with every 300-day licence.
