Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VIOFIT360, a product of Kridha AI Lab, collects, uses, shares, protects and deletes personal data when you use the VIOFIT mobile app, the Owner CRM, the Admin CRM, our support channels and this website.
Who we are
VIOFIT360 is operated by Kridha AI Lab, Chenab Road, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831001, India. We provide gym management software to gyms, which use it to manage their owners, staff and members.
Information we collect
We collect account details (name, email address and mobile number); gym, staff and member records entered by a gym; profile and member photos; attendance and check-in history; memberships, fitness plans, body measurements and progress; invoices, payment records and payment-proof screenshots for the gym's in-person fitness services; support messages; and device, activity and security logs needed to keep accounts secure.
Device permissions
The app asks for camera access only to scan your gym's check-in QR code, and for photo library access only when you choose an image to upload, such as a profile photo or a payment proof. Members are asked for notification permission only if they choose to turn on daily tips, and can switch them off at any time in the app. Fingerprint or face unlock uses your device's own biometric system; VIOFIT never receives or stores your biometric data. The app does not collect your location or your contacts.
How we use information
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, apply role-based access, run memberships and attendance, deliver the coaching and gym services a member has requested, keep invoices and payment records, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Who can see your information
You can see the information in your own account. Gym owners and the staff they authorise can see the records of their own gym only. VIOFIT personnel and our service providers receive only the access needed for support, security and running the service. Each gym's data is isolated from every other gym's data at the database level.
Service providers and storage
We use Supabase for authentication, database, private file storage and server functions, and Resend to send service emails. Google Play and the Apple App Store distribute the app. Photos and documents are kept in private, access-controlled storage, and all data is encrypted in transit.
How we protect information
We protect data with encrypted connections, role-based permissions, database-level isolation between gyms, private file storage, restricted administrative access, rate limiting and security logging. No system is completely secure, so we also maintain a documented breach response process.
Your choices and rights
You can use Privacy & Data in the app or CRM to access or correct your information, request deletion, withdraw optional marketing consent or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place lawfully. Essential service messages may continue while your account is active.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. When deletion applies, accounts, contact details, photos and documents are deleted or anonymised; invoices and records we must keep by law are restricted from ordinary use and deleted when that obligation ends. Children
Owner and staff accounts are for adults only. A member's date of birth is used to identify minors, and a gym must record verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before adding a minor. VIOFIT does not direct advertising to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, where the change is significant, ask for your acceptance again in the app.
