Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when Kridha AI Lab refunds payments made on viofit360.com for VIOFIT software licences and WhatsApp credit packs. Every gym can use VIOFIT free for 15 days before paying, so you can check that it fits your gym before you buy.
Free trial first
Every new gym gets a 15-day free trial. No payment is taken for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Software licences
VIOFIT licences are fixed-term (150 or 300 days) and are paid once in advance. Because you can try the full product free first, a licence is not refundable after it has been activated, including for unused days. You can stop using VIOFIT at any time; the licence simply runs until its end date and is not renewed automatically.
WhatsApp credit packs
WhatsApp credits are added to your gym account as soon as payment succeeds. Purchased credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, whether used or unused. Credits spent on messages that WhatsApp delivered are not returned; credits for messages it could not deliver are returned to your balance automatically.
When we do refund
We refund the full amount when you were charged twice for the same order, when money was debited but the order failed and no licence or credits were added, or when we could not activate your licence or credits within 7 days of a successful payment. Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the payment with your registered email, gym name and payment ID.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel a licence order before it is activated by writing to [email protected], and you will receive a full refund. Once a licence is activated or WhatsApp credits are added, the order cannot be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show the amount.
